These terms cover your use of the Parezen website. They are between you and Parezen. They are read under applicable law.
The website today
The site is a sample-data demonstration of an AI cost and routing product. You may browse it and use the sample screens. Sample organisations, prices and savings are not your records, and they are not a promise of savings for you.
Accounts
Sign-up does not create an account. A password you type is not saved. Log in does not check you against a directory. The single sign-on screen does not talk to an identity provider.
Messages you type
Contact, waitlist and enterprise forms stay in the browser. They do not send an email and they do not book a meeting. If you want a reply, write to [email protected].
Audits, plans and payment
The free audit is an estimate on usage you handle in the browser. It does not move your traffic. List prices on the pricing page are the published prices. You cannot buy a plan or pay an invoice on this site. There is no payment processing and no charge. Figures inside the app are sample data.
Gateway and privacy settings
This website does not operate a hosted gateway. Docs may show https://api.parezen.com/v1 as the planned base URL. Wizard and playground requests stay in the browser. The site is not yet accepting customer provider keys. Content logging is off in the sample unless a project is opted in. Saving retention, redaction, residency or content logging does not store the change. In development. Replays would go only to providers you connect and leave enabled. Human review of a sample would need your opt-in, and voice or audio would need a separate opt-in. You would set a monthly cap and a per-test cap, and the estimated cost would be shown before a replay runs. That replay is not running. Replay samples are not kept on this website. We plan to open-source the core. That code is not public yet. The open-source gateway is designed to need no licence key. A lapsed licence is designed to switch to pass-through and not block traffic. That behaviour is not deployed. These terms do not grant a licence to software that is not published here.

Acceptable use
Do not try to break the site, interfere with it, or use it to reach a system you are not allowed to use. Do not present sample figures as verified savings for a real customer.
The site as a sample
Figures on the site can be wrong for a real workload because they are not your data. To the extent applicable law allows, Parezen is not liable for a decision you make from those figures. The site does not claim a security certification. It is not an offer to process a payment, and it is not a service level you can enforce against a live gateway.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes.
